The approach
The scientific method, turned inward.
One approach, from a single cafecito to a full workshop. One experiment at a time.
Growth comes in circles. You return to the same questions more than once, and each time you meet yourself a little more clearly.
No fixed program. You try one thing at a time, and notice what brings you back to yourself, here and now.
The approach moves through five moments, and their first letters spell LEARN. You can return to any of them at any time, and some days you'll stay longer with one than another. Underneath all of them is mind training: learning to be present, with curiosity and without judgement. We do this together, and the answers stay yours.

The five moments
L
Look
Notice. Understand.
Every experiment starts with a real question, not an assumption. You look closely at what's actually happening: what the stress is doing to your body, where the self-doubt is coming from, why the same pattern keeps showing up. Looking covers both noticing something's off and understanding what's underneath it. This part is grounded in research, but translated into plain language.
E
Explore
Try with curiosity.
You try things on, chosen for you. What calms you may not calm someone else, and what helped you five years ago may not help now. You don't need to know the answer yet. Curiosity is enough, and your own intuition counts as much as anything we try.
A
Apply
Practice in daily life.
Knowing why the pattern happens doesn't change it. Doing something different does. Then the experiment leaves the room: the conversation you actually have, the boundary you hold, the pause before you react. It takes repetition. Some tries won't go as planned, and those teach you something too.
R
Reflect
Evaluate what happened.
You look back. What worked, what didn't, what would you change? This turns what happened into something you can use.
N
Next
Adjust and plan the next small experiment.
What you noticed becomes your next question, and the circle starts again with a new Look. There's no final round, only the next honest try.
And back to Look, with a new question.
Over time, it adds up.
less second-guessing, more trust in your own read of things, and a sense of home inside yourself, wherever you've built your life.
Who is this for?
For you if you're starting over, or feeling lost or overwhelmed.
Whether you've been on this path for years or don't know where to begin.
Maybe you already read the books and listen to the podcasts, and now you want a place to actually practise with others.
Maybe you moved to a new country and, while adjusting, left parts of yourself behind.
Maybe all of this is new, and you just sense that something could feel different, that something needs to change from the inside.
Maybe you're starting over after a career or life change that's unsettled who you thought you were.
Maybe you're a (PhD) student postponing the work that matters most, and unsure how to handle all the pressure.
One approach, different ways in.
The same five moments run through everything I offer. What changes is how deep you go and how much time you give it
Inner Focus
Club
for the task that you keep postponing
The same five moments, applied to focused work together. We get the difficult things done together.
Circles
going a bit deeper
Smaller groups, more conversation, and more time to reflect on what you've noticed over several experiments.
Workshops
for those who are ready
One theme over several weeks. Over the weeks we move between all five moments. This is where the spiral becomes most visible.
