Inner Focus Club during Bisou Social Club’s offline sessions. A moment to disconnect from the noise and connect with yourself, and with others.

Bisou Social Club, Theresiastraat 147a, 2593 AG Den Haag, Netherlands
About the event
Every session follows the same ritual: a cup of tea, a bit of mindfulness, some journaling and a sharing circle. The topic changes each time.
Tomorrow we start with Making space for a new season. 🍁
Summer was busy and loud. Autumn invites us to slow down and go inside. What do you want to let go of? What do you want to bring with you into this new season?
No experience needed. What you write stays yours, and sharing is always optional.
🎟 Members can sign up vía bisou app for free.
Come together, come within.
